Every Ultra Niche order is hand-checked and dispatched from Dubai. Below is what to expect once you place an order. (Please review and adjust the timeframes below to match your courier before relying on them.)

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

United Arab Emirates (Domestic)

Standard shipping across the UAE typically arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International

We ship worldwide via Standard shipping. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order from our studio to your door.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
